How you can pay

Nothing is taken online. You book, we confirm your dates straight away, and the whole amount is paid in person when you arrive and we hand over the keys; the details are in your confirmation email. Card payment on this website is not open yet — when it is, this page will say so.

Your data when you book

The whole site runs over TLS. Because nothing is charged online, we never ask for a card number and hold none: a booking keeps your name, email address, telephone number, dates and party size, and that is all. What happens to it is set out in the privacy policy.

Refunds

Nothing is taken before you arrive, so a cancellation inside the free window costs you nothing and leaves nothing to return. If money has already changed hands in person, it goes back the same way. We confirm a cancellation by email the same day.

Prices and currency

Prices are shown in euro. The currency in Serbia is the dinar, and an amount paid in person is counted in dinars at the National Bank of Serbia middle rate for the day — the rate we hold is below. No bank converts anything on your behalf, so no card-scheme rate comes into it.

Complaints

If something is wrong with a payment or a stay, write to us — we answer the same day and resolve it within 8 days, in writing, at the address in the footer.
